Cannon Building, announces that Eliot Hansen has been promoted to Senior Estimating Manager. His responsibilities will include managing client preconstruction estimating, project bidding,  subcontractor prequalification and bid relations.“Eliot brings the highest level of expertise in bidding and estimating to our team, which results in our clients receiving the best possible end product when working with Cannon Building,” according to Tim J. Cannon, President.

Eliot has extensive experience in the construction industry having served as an on-site Project Manager and effectively leading full construction management teams for more than 50 projects in the private and public works sectors with a total construction value of more than $600M. His areas of expertise include life science and medical facilities, high, mid, and low rise office buildings, concrete tilt-ups, industrial/warehouse, business centers, light manufacturing, senior assisted living centers, condominiums, student housing, mixed use residential/retail, restaurants, retail, parking structures, auto dealerships, schools, and libraries.
