Cannon Building recently remodeled the 14,700 SF interior of Riverside Community Hospital‘s De Anza Surgery Center with four new surgical rooms. This fast track project required working through unforeseen site conditions with the architect and vendors to ensure that there were no negative time impact on the delivery schedule. The client issued a major design revision during construction, which Cannon Building was able to easily accommodate through proper planning and communication throughout the delivery lifecycle that included strategic acceleration and CPM compression techniques. The new OSHP-3 compliant surgery center brings state-of-the-art, quality healthcare to the Inland Empire.
