What are a few of your passions or hobbies?

I enjoy fishing and spending time on the water with my wife, cruising around on our boat.

Favorite building, structure, or architectural piece, and why?

The reverse osmosis building at the Orange County Water District’s water purification plant in Fountain Valley. This was the first process intensive project that I worked on, and it sparked my interest in work involving complex process systems.

What recent innovation in any industry fascinates you, and why?

Lean construction. This initiative focuses on eliminating waste and optimizing project work streams to deliver projects faster and more cost effectively.

What is your favorite travel destination, and why?

Catalina Island. Trips here with my family and friends help me to think, recharge, and come back to work prepared to perform for my teammates and clients.
