• Heavy equipment operator in Riverside County for storm drain, sewer, and water for housing development (2001-2006)

Favorite building, structure, or architectural piece, and why? 

The Geisel Library at the University of California San Diego in La Jolla. This library is an architectural masterpiece. I also like it because it is named after my favorite childhood author, Dr. Seuss. 

What does “customer experience” mean to you, and how do you deliver on it with your work?

I think customer experience means meeting individual client goals by listening and producing results. 

When you’re not working, where will we find you? 

Enjoying time with my family. 

What are a few of your passions or hobbies?

My passions and hobbies are my wife and kids, serving at church, and hunting.
