• After CSUF graduation, six years at Applied Medical in the manufacturing department as a production support, with various administrative tasks to assist the smooth operation of assembly lines.
• Promoted to lead, supervision of an assembly line of 10 people in production.
• Moved over to Applied Medical’s new construction department as a project planner and worked way up to project manager after a few years.
• Associate project manager at CBRE-SCE account, managing capital maintenance & capital construction projects for Southern California Edison.

The team atmosphere and that we all work together to deliver on projects.

What does “customer experience” mean to you, and how do you deliver on it with your work?

Customer experience means the client’s perception of your business. In my opinion, listening to the client and identifying their needs/issues is a crucial part of delivering overall customer satisfaction. Knowing what they want, fulfilling their needs, and complying with the law at the same time is the key to winning that satisfaction.

What are a few of your passions or hobbies?

Sports, food, and both the visual and performing arts
