What does “customer experience” mean to you, and how do you deliver on it with your work?
Customer experience means the client’s perception of your business. In my opinion, listening to the client and identifying their needs/issues is a crucial part of delivering overall customer satisfaction. Knowing what they want and fulfilling their needs and complying with the law at the same time is the key to winning that satisfaction.
What are a few of your passions or hobbies?
Sports, food, and both the visual and performing arts
