Project Manager

Describe the last 10-15 years of your career in a snapshot.

I started my professional career in Aerospace Manufacturing for Honeywell in Torrance, CA where I supported five production lines for quality and production. I followed my passion to build and jumped over to the Construction industry working for Webcor in Los Angeles, CA where I built the Four Seasons Private Residences in Beverly Hills. Moved my family to San Diego to work with Layton Healthcare and worked through Precon and Construction phases for a handful of projects at Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest. Most recently, I moved to the Inland Empire to work at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital to build their new Medical Office Building.

What recent innovation in any industry fascinates you, and why?

The AI Boom – The technology is incredibly fast and can help increase quality of work and quality of life if used correctly. AI won’t steal jobs but people who know how to use it will.

What does “customer experience” mean to you, and how do you deliver on it with your work?

It is how you make the client feel about working with Cannon and ourselves as individuals. It lasts well beyond the details of the project and is imperative to our business to secure repeat clients who trust us to have their best interests in mind. Maintaining consistent communication with the client and searching for win-win outcomes in all situations is how we can stand out to our clients and deliver the best customer experience.

When you’re not working, where will we find you?

With my family either in the comfort of home, out at a park, pool, beach, zoo, or Disneyland if we are lucky! My wife, Haley, and daughters Fiona (4 y/o) and Felicity (2 y/o) keep me going and I’ll do anything to put a smile on their faces!
