Describe the last 10-15 years of your career in a snapshot.
I served six years in the United States Navy aboard the USS Makin Island (LHD-8), where I developed strong skills in team coordination, safety management, and mission-critical execution.
Following my military service, I transitioned into the construction industry while working on my associate and bachelor’s degree. I worked as a Field Intern supporting projects, including high-rise residential towers in downtown San Diego. This experience has strengthened my ability to coordinate with multiple trades, maintain quality standards, and support successful project delivery in fast-paced environments.
What do you like best about what you do at Cannon Building?
What I enjoy most about working at Cannon Building is the collaborative team environment and the opportunity to contribute to complex healthcare projects that directly impact the community. I value being part of a team that prioritizes quality, communication, and proactive problem solving.
What does “customer experience” mean to you, and how do you deliver on it with your work?
To me, customer experience means delivering projects with clarity, reliability, and professionalism from start to finish. I focus on proactive communication, strong attention to detail, and anticipating project needs early so our clients and partners can have confidence in both the process and the result.
