What do you like best about what you do at Cannon Building?

I feel privileged to work with this company. It has been a great experience working and learning throughout all my project assignments. The company and its management have been very supportive — always willing to help when needed, while valuing any opinion that I may have to offer a better solution.

What does “customer experience” mean to you, and how do you deliver on it with your work?

The “customer experience” is where a relationship develops with the client, creating trust and a real bond. While not all projects are perfect, the ones where the relationship between the company and client is healthy creates a great work experience for everyone. This is a crucial element of the professional approach that the project team should take, as it creates a better representation of who we are as a company and indicates how much we look out for our clients.

What or who inspires your work?


The one person who inspires my work and my life is my wife. For over 20 years, she has been very supportive of my work — including the difficult obligations my time in the military demanded. She has also continued to motivate and encourage me to keep pursuing a higher education. I feel that without her, I would not be able to achieve all that I am truly capable of in my career.
