Project Manager – Orange County
Cannon Building is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager for our Los Angeles/Orange County office. The Project Manager has responsibility for the overall management of the construction projects to ensure client satisfaction and the profitability of projects.
In our project engineering program, interns will be exposed to a variety of experiences and hands-on training. Our interns work with all departments in order to showcase the entire construction process workflow, from estimating to job completion. Interns will be involved with everything from job walks, to industry networking events as well as have exposure to industry experts and mentors.

Medical/Prescription Coverage Choices – Blue Shield
Cannon Building will contribute 90% of the employee premium and 50% of the dependent premium on the basic HMO medical plan.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Vacation accrual based on years of employment with Cannon Building goes into effect immediately upon the salaried employee’s start date with a maximum of 200 hours (five weeks).
Cannon Building’s salaried employees are eligible for up to six sick days per year. Up to 50% of this is paid sick time may be used for the care of a sick child or spouse.
Eight Paid Holidays
Cannon Building pays salaried employees for eight holidays.
Cannon Building grants up to a five-day leave of absence, with pay, while serving on a civil or criminal jury.
Cannon Building grants a leave of absence with pay of up to three workdays, due to the death of an immediate family member.
Employee Referral Bonus
Cannon Building rewards employees for referring people we hire full time. You receive $500 if your referral is hired, and an additional $500 when the new employee completes 3 months of service.
Educational Assistance Plan
Cannon Building provides financial assistance to employees to further their education and enhance their professional skills. Reimbursement of up to $500 per calendar year is available for tuition costs (including books) for pre-approved courses that relate to career advancement.
